Job title:  Receptionist x 1

Reports to: Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Take bookings.
2. Welcomes guests
3. Allocate rooms to guests.
4. Prepare bills and takes payments.
5. Take and pass messages to guests.
6. Attend to individual queries.

Competencies:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Patience and tact.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualification and experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in hospitality.
• Must have 2 years experience.
• Must be between 25-30 years of age.
