Job title: Receptionist x 1
Reports to: Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Take bookings.
- Welcomes guests
- Allocate rooms to guests.
- Prepare bills and takes payments.
- Take and pass messages to guests.
- Attend to individual queries.
Competencies:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Patience and tact.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in hospitality.
- Must have 2 years experience.
- Must be between 25-30 years of age.
